Funded by the NSW Government, the Community Transport Program (CTP) aims to promote social inclusion and assistance for people to have access to goods and services required to maintain healthy daily living. This includes shopping, medical or health services, social interaction and access to other services. CTP is also used to help provide connections to public transport services.

People who require a transport service and who are not eligible under another government transport program for that same purpose may be eligible.

The target group of this program are people who have limited or no access to private or public transport due to their location, the time of travel, their financial resources, or physical and/or cognitive capacities.
