TransCare Hunter Ltd is a community based multi-service provide offering support to residents in the Muswellbrook Shire Council and Upper Hunter Shire Council areas.

We are an approved provider for Aged Care and we deliver services to clients that are registered through My Aged Care for the Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) or a Home Care Package (HCP).

We have a fleet of vehicles and we provide a range of transport services to eligible clients as well as providing door-to-door bus services across the community as part of our Community Transport Program.
