TransCare staff will book a contractor, who will visit your home and provide a quote for minor home maintenance or yard and garden service. If you choose to accept the quote the required service will be carried out. If you decline the quote, another contractor can be allocated by TransCare to provide you with a quote.

TransCare can also send someone to your house to assist with small jobs such as:

• changing a lightbulb;
• changing the batteries in a smoke alarm;
• replacing tap washers;
• tightening door knobs; and
• minor electrical and plumbing repairs.
