TransCare staff attended a 4 day training program on palliative care education and training. Presented by Nurse Practitioner/Educator, Kathryn Hooper, from the Reverse pepe Education Program.
The training supports the ELDAC Program (End of life Directions in Aged Care) that TransCare has been involved in for the past 18 months.
