WHERE: Tamworth Visitor Information Centre – New England Highway, South Tamworth.
WHAT: The Big Golden Guitar on the way into Tamworth features the Country Music Wax Museum and the National Guitar Museum that we can make our way through. Pick up a treasure at the souvenir shop, get your photo taken with the Big Guitar and buy a light lunch from the Golden Guitar Café. But don’t eat too much as we will stop at the Stockman’s Motel, Bar and Restaurant on the way out of town for a cheeky dessert. The perfect excuse to see the camels and donkeys!
