TransCare's "Exercise for Posture and Strength" presented by Shannon Ponton delivers an insight into why posture and strength is important and the risks associated with loosing strength with ageing and how to maintain it, Shannon also provides valuable information on why posture is so important to maintain.

Decreased strength and posture contribute to increased fall and injury risks as we age, Shannon will demonstrate practical exercises with attendee participation that can be completed on a regular basis at home to improve strength, posture and safety.
