TransCare's 'Wellness and Reablement' program will be running a 'Chair Yoga' workshop on the 27th of March in Aberdeen.
This is an interactive workshop focused on gaining better flexibility, mobility, balance, strength and posture – all from the seat of a chair. Chair-based yoga can assist older adults improve upper and lower body function and develop and maintain muscle strength. People of all ages and activity levels can enjoy chair yoga to add more gentle and low impact movement into your day.
