Transport – The provision of direct transport services to connect an older person with the community and attend their usual activities.

Direct Transport - Provision of transport services to assist CHSP clients to remain actively connected with their local community. Transport services aim to assist clients to continue with their usual activities, such as attending community groups or medical appointments, enabling them to keep active and socially engaged.

NSW Health Non-Government Organisation Grant Program - NSW Health supports the provision of non-emergency health related transport programs that enhance access to health care by catering for the travel needs of people who are transport disadvantaged.
