Julie combines chair yoga/stretching/falls prevention exercise and Tai Chi to keep us all moving and motivated. Everyone exercises to their own capacity and comfortability\, sitting and standing options for all workouts. Morning tea will be provided after the exercise session. \nWHEN:  Monday 28th of September – 10.15am till 12.00pm \nTransCare Bus will be running for front door pick up and drop off \n$15.00 pp - Bookings due by the Tuesday before each week.
