DESCRIPTION:Chair Yoga: We are lucky to have Sharyn Gallaway conducting Chair Yoga for us at the Muswellbrook Golf Club on a Monday morning starting at 10.00am. Light refreshments to follow the yoga\, bus will be running to pick clients up from Scone\, Aberdeen and Muswellbrook homes or you can make your own way to the club. We are running this as a six week trial period at a reduced rate of $15 per session which covers the yoga\, light refreshments and bus transport. \nPlease note: Bookings in advance are essential. If you would like to attend any of these social activities\, please call the office on 6545 3113 and select option 3 for services under the Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP). Bookings and payments over the phone must be made no later than the Tuesday before the week of the program. \nChrista Lucano is the contact for the Wellness Program and Christa works on Monday\, Tuesday and Wednesday from 9.30am to 2.30pm. DESCRIPTION:Chair Yoga: We are lucky to have Sharyn Gallaway conducting Chair Yoga for us at the Muswellbrook Golf Club on a Monday morning starting at 10.00am. Light refreshments to follow the yoga\, bus will be running to pick clients up from Scone\, Aberdeen and Muswellbrook homes or you can make your own way to the club.
