DESCRIPTION:At the Art as Therapy workshop Jenny will be demonstrating some easy to remember techniques that can help alleviate stress and anxiety.  \nThere will also be a group art therapy session where we will look at health and what it means to you.  This will be interactive and include a variety of medium including pastels\, water colour and pencil.  There will also be time for discussion and questions.  \nParticipants will be provided with a hand out that can be used as a reference to the techniques covered in the session. \nJenny is an Art Therapist\, Kinesiologist\, Counsellor\, Hypnotherapist\, NLP Practitioner and Author amongst other things. DESCRIPTION:TransCare's "Meals at Centre" program runs on a fortnightly basis and provides clients with the opportunity to enjoy a hearty meal at a variety of local restaurants within the area\, this luncheon will be held at the White Hart Hotel in Murrurundi. \nOur trained staff are able to provide a door to door service by picking up clients from their home and transporting via bus to the nominated venue for a freshly prepared lunch which includes a main meal and dessert\, at the completion of the luncheon our trained staff will return clients home. \nThe aim of this luncheon is to ensure clients have the opportunity to develop relationships and maintain social connections with peers whilst enjoying a nutritious meal. \nBookings are essential for this service and bookings close on the 15/03/2022 and can be made by phoning Leone on 6545 3113 and selecting option 4.
