DESCRIPTION:Chair Yoga: We are lucky to have Sharyn Gallaway conducting Chair Yoga for us at the Muswellbrook Golf Club on a Monday morning starting at 10.00am. Light refreshments to follow the yoga\, bus will be running to pick clients up from Scone\, Aberdeen and Muswellbrook homes or you can make your own way to the club.
