DESCRIPTION:WHERE: Muswellbrook Golf Club – Bell Street Muswellbrook. \nWHAT: Julie continues to conduct exciting exercise sessions for us. Julie combines chair yoga/stretching/falls prevention exercise and Tai Chi to keep us all moving and motivated. Everyone exercises to their own capacity and comfortability\, sitting and standing options for all workouts. Morning tea will be provided after the exercise session. \nWHEN: Monday 3rd of August – 10.00am till 12.00pm \nTransCare Bus will be running for front door pick up and drop off. \n$15.00 pp - Bookings due by the Tuesday before each week. \nTo book phone Christa on 6545 3113 and select option 3.
