DESCRIPTION:WHERE:  Muswellbrook Golf Club – Bell Street Muswellbrook. \nWHAT:  Active and Healthy is an online healthy ageing resource to assist with getting active and falls prevention at your own pace. There are two exercise circuits that we will alternate through for the month of February\, in a supportive and fun group setting. Morning tea will be provided after the exercise session. \nWHEN:  Monday 2nd\, Monday 9th\, Monday 16th\, Monday 23rd February – 10.00am till 12.00pm \nTransCare Bus will being running for front door pick up and drop off \n$15.00 pp - Bookings due by the Tuesday before each week.
