DESCRIPTION:TransCare's 'Meals at Centre' program will be held in Scone at Dumplings on the Green on the 14th of June. \n  \nOur trained staff are able to provide a door to door service by picking up clients from their home and transporting via bus to Dumplings on the Green for a freshly prepared lunch and dessert\, at the completion of the luncheon our trained staff will return clients home. \n  \nBookings - can be made by phoning Jazz on 6545 3113 and selecting option 4 or emailing jazzmine@transcare.org.au
