DESCRIPTION:TransCare's 'Wellness and Reablement' program will be running a 'Stress and Anxiety Management' workshop on the 13th of June in Scone. \n  \nThe 'Stress and Anxiety Management' is an interactive workshop run by Paul Causley. The workshop aims to improve our ability to recognize and manage the pressures of day to day life and manage these uncomfortable experiences.
