DESCRIPTION:TransCare's 'Wellness and Reablement' program will be running a 'Fun with Art' workshop on the 29th of May in Muswellbrook. \nFun with Art is an interactive and informative workshop that educates us on the physiological benefits of art as therapy in finding meaning and connection in life. The application of visual arts is to experience the therapeutic benefits of artistic expression. The purpose of 'fun with art' is to assist with self-discovery and helping eliminate emotional roadblocks\, boosting self-esteem\, providing a safe outlet for emotional release and stress relief.
