DESCRIPTION:TransCare's 'Wellness and Reablement' program will be running a 'Yoga for Relaxation' workshop on the 15th of May in Muswellbrook. \nAn interactive workshop for our clients who are looking for a safe and effective way to enhance their physical health and overall wellness. Senior yoga can result in a range of benefits including better balance\, improved flexibililty\, enhanced breathing\, reducing anxiety and stress and becoming more in-tune with your own health.
