DESCRIPTION:TransCare's 'Wellness and Reablement' program will be running a 'Chair Yoga' workshop on the 27th of March in Aberdeen. \nThis is an interactive workshop focused on gaining better flexibility\, mobility\, balance\, strength and posture – all from the seat of a chair. Chair-based yoga can assist older adults improve upper and lower body function and develop and maintain muscle strength.
