DESCRIPTION:Music therapy is a fun and effective way to improve health\, emotional well-being and cognitive functions.\nOur presenter is a music therapist who uses music\, incorporating coordination and movement to improve motor skills and will discuss using music in everyday life for mood regulation.\nThis workshop is for anyone who enjoys music or wants a fun way to improve their overall wellbeing. \nThis is a free workshop for TransCare CHSP clients.
