Telecare is designed to help people keep their independence without jeopardising their safety in their own homes.
This service is only for HACC clients only, and people who are living on their own.
Please advise the Service Coordinator if you are going away or out for medical appointments at the time of your Telecare call so we can contact the volunteer.
This simple service is often all people need to maintain their independence and relieve feelings of anxiety and isolation.
