We provide valuable services to people who are frail aged, have disabilities, their carers and who have limited or no means of transport. TransCare Hunter Ltd. helps people stay independent and stay living at home longer.

Transcare is a registered charity.

We rely on funding from:

    • Federal and State government departments, including NSW Transport and Infrastructure,
    • Ageing, Disability and Home Care.
    • NSW Health.
    • Fundraising Activities.
    • Benevolent Businesses.
    • Compassionate Individuals.

    You can donate by:

    • Visiting the Transcare office at 214 Kelly St, Scone and give a cheque or cash donation
